Our Clinical Pilates sessions are personalised, physiotherapy-informed mat classes designed to improve strength, posture, flexibility, core stability and movement control while helping to prevent and rehabilitate injury. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain, improving performance or simply wanting to move and feel better.

All sessions are conducted one-on-one in a calm, supportive environment with close attention to technique and progression.

Initial Physiotherapy Assessment
An initial consultation with the physiotherapist is required prior to commencing Clinical Pilates sessions. This assessment allows us to understand your medical history, injuries, movement patterns and goals to ensure your programme is safe, appropriate and individualised to your needs.

Priya is amazing. Suffered for 4 weeks with a messed up shoulder and was almost completely better after just 1 session with her. Highly recommend.

I've had an excellent experience with her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She takes the time to understand the problem, explains everything clearly, and provides treatment that is both effective and tailored to your needs.

I've had such great results that I keep returning for follow-up appointments because she's just that good. Her treatments always make a noticeable difference, and I leave each session feeling better than when I arrived.

The clinic is welcoming, appointments are well organised, and the level of care is consistently outstanding. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

This place is a life saver, I had arrived into Johannesburg after a long flight and had woken up the next day with a stiff neck, I knew I had to see a physio, after my initial consultation with Priya my symptoms had improved significantly, I’ve since seen a Priya twice and have scheduled in again for a third time before a I depart South Africa. As an Australian tourist back home Physiotherapist are of a high calibre and Sandton Physiotherapy, especially Priya exceeed that expectation, I highly recommend visiting this place as it is tourist friendly. Be sure to ask for dry needling I can’t recommend this enough.
